Detroit Lakes, Minnesota

                                                                                    June 15, 2006

            A special meeting of the City Council was called to order in the Council Chambers of the City Administration Building at 5:00 P.M., Thursday, June 15, 2006, all members of the Council having been duly notified of the meeting and the business to be transacted.

            Present:            Mayor Larry G. Buboltz and City Administrator Richard Grabow.

                                    Aldermen:         Aune, Brenk, Hannon, Heltemes, Imholte, Tollefson, Tucker and Zeman.

            Absent:             Alderman Anderson.

            A motion was made by Alderman Aune, seconded by Alderman Imholte and carried approving the issuance of a special permit to The Bridge, 2000 Long Bridge Road, to exceed the noise ordinance requirements pursuant to Section 505.031 for the period June 16, 2006, through September 4, 2006.

            There being no further business to conduct, by general consent, the meeting was adjourned at 5:05 P.M.
