Long Lake Phase III

To Whom It May Concern:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Detroit Lakes will meet in the Council Chambers of the City Administration Building, 1025 Roosevelt Avenue, Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, at 5:00 P.M. on October 14, 2008, to consider the construction of street, watermain and sanitary sewer improvements to a portion of Longview Drive, between Long Lake Road and Airport Road, and Longview Lane (Long Lake Phase III), pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111.

The estimated cost of the improvement is $2,127,000.00.  A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. 

Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvements will be heard at this meeting.
