SECURITY LIGHT CONTRACT

Lights for the purpose of area or yard lighting are available to all
customers. The lights, which are owned, operated and maintained by the
Utility, can be installed on existing utility poles or utility poles
or utility approved poles or structures furnished by the customer. Any
necessary extension of the Utility's power supply beyond one pole span
or all of the customer's metered power supply will be at the expense
of the customer. 

Connection fee: A charge of $30.00 plus tax for installation in
advance. 

Rate: 	______________ 	per unit, per month, payable monthly for
			monthly customers. 
 	______________ 	twice a year, payable in advance, for seasonal
			customers. 
 
Payment: Bills are due when rendered. Bills are delinquent after 15
days, service will be subject to disconnection for non-payment. 

Regulations: General rules and regulations of the Utilities govern use
under this schedule. The Utilities reserve the right to adjust the
rate schedule at any time.
