SPORTS ARENA RENTAL AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT, Made this _______ day of ___________,
________, by and between the City of Detroit Lakes,
Minnesota, as Lessor, and __________________________,
as Lessee, witnesseth:

The Lessor leases to the Lessee, the Detroit Lakes
Sports Arena, under the following conditions:

1. This Agreement covers a lease of said premises for
the following period:_______________________________.

2. The rent to be paid by the Lessee is as follows:
$200 for an afternoon event or use, or an evening
event or use. $250 for the full day. $350 for the
setup day and full day (out by noon of the following
day).

3. All rental fees must be paid in advance of the
rental date.

4. There shall be a police officer present at all
events and the cost of furnishing such officer shall
be paid by the Lessee and said officer shall either
be a regular city policeman or one deputized for that
occassion.

5. All ordinances of the Lessor, relative to the sale
and consumption of intoxicating liquor and 3.2 beer
on city property shall be strictly enforced and
obeyed by the Lessee.

6. Public liability insurance:
	1. Public liability insurance on the building
	   is provided by the Lessor.
	2. The Lessee shall provide his own liability
	   insurance for the event being held and hold
	   the Lessor harmless from any accident that
	   might be connected with such event.
	3. Evidence fo liability insuranve carried by
	   the Lessee shall be filed with the City
	   Administrator.
	4. Professional entertainers shall furnish
	   their own insurance and hold the Lessor
	   harmless from any accident that might
	   happen.

7. The City retains operation of all vending machines
and concession stands.
